JCB TOUGH PHONE vs. Samsung Solid, which is the strongest phone?
Two phones go to war, to see which is the toughest. But which phone will win? Which one should you get? JCB TOUGH PHONE or Samsung Solid?
On paper it seems to be an easy choice. Looking at the specs of the JCB TOUGH PHONE, you can see its not designed to be super over the top, and high-tech. It was designed to be tough, to be strong. So, on the TOUGH PHONE, you wont find a camera, you wont find a music player, and you wont find video. It wont thrill you with mobile gadgetry, and it wont blow your mind with features. However, it is rated up to IP53, meaning it will withstand dust, shocks and water, making it a truly go anywhere phone.
But the thing is, the Samsung Solid is rated to IP54, meaning that, on paper at least, its even more tough than the JCB phone. (In case youre wondering the numbers in the IP rating tel you how resistant it is to dust (the first digit) and water (the second digit), out of 5). So, it seems that the Samsung Solid should be the more rugged, the more hard-wearing of the two phones. On top of that, it also has a camera built-in (albeit a VGA one), and a flashlight, neither of which the JCB phone has. So, on features, it seems an easy win for the Samsung. But, you see, the thing is... in this war of the phones, the winner ISNT the one that is the swankiest, or the flashiest. Its not a contest of which one can wow us with cool features.
No, this is a contest of strength, not style; of toughness, not touchy-feelyness.
And its here where the JCB phone comes into its own, because while the Samsung Solid is rugged, and is strong... well, the JCB TOUGH PHONE is just another level entirely! It has granite somewhere in its heritage, and its not fair to just call it tough. Its as hard as nails, strong enough to take far more punishment than the Samsung. And for that reason, in the war of the strongest, the fittest, there can be only one winner: the JCB TOUGH PHONE.
